What Saath does when you have no signal

Updated 2 November 2026

With no signal, you can still open Saath and read what it has already loaded. Messages, moods, plan answers and notes you write are kept on your phone and sent by themselves when you are back online. A line at the top tells you how many are waiting.

Write something with no signal

  1. Open Saath as usual. You can read what it has already loaded.
  2. Write a message, share a mood, answer a plan or add a note, the way you always do.
  3. Look at the line at the top. It says Offline and how many items are waiting to send.
  4. Tap the line to see what is waiting.
  5. Do nothing else. When your signal is back, Saath sends them by itself and the line shows Sent for a moment.

Questions about using Saath offline

Do I have to write it again?

No. What you wrote is saved on your phone. It does not need to be written twice, and it is not lost if you close the app.

What needs a connection?

Anything that changes what your partner already sees, such as removing something, or changing a setting. Saath tells you in a short line, for example Needs a connection., and keeps what you typed.

Will my partner see my message right away?

Not until it sends. Once you are back online, your message goes through and the marks under it change from Sent to Reached A Device and Read.

How do I know something is still waiting?

The line at the top counts it. Tap the line to see each item.
