Invite your partner and join from a link

Updated 3 November 2026

In the Saath couples app you invite your partner with a link that works once. Tap Share invite, send it in any message, and your partner taps it to join. You can also leave a note they read only after joining.

Inviting your partner is how the Saath couples app becomes a space for two: you share one link, and your partner joins with a tap.

Invite your partner

  1. After you sign up, Saath opens Invite followed by your partner's name. If you closed it, tap Share invite on the card on Today that says your partner has not joined yet.
  2. Read the message under the line that says your partner gets a message like this. It shows what they will receive.
  3. If you want, tap Add on the row that offers to leave your partner a note, and write a short one. It is read only after your partner joins.
  4. Tap Share invite and send it with any app on your phone. To give the code instead, tap Copy code under the line that starts Or give, and paste it in a message.
  5. Tap Not now to close the page. The invite stays open.

What your partner sees

Your partner taps the link in your message. Saath shows that you invited them, with a Join button that carries your name, and says they will share one private place with you. Either of you can leave at any time, and you each keep your own things. They tap the button, and your note opens for them.

If they do not have Saath open yet, the link page offers Join in your browser. It also says: have a code instead? They can type it under Join with a code.

When they join, Today shows that they joined, with Say hello and Later.

Questions about invites

How long does an invite last?

Each invite works once, for 7 days. The invite page says the exact day it stops working.

What if the invite ran out or was already used?

Saath says The invite ran out on your Today, and your note is kept. Tap Send a new invite. Your partner sees This invite has run out or This invite was already used, and can ask you for a new link.

Can I replace a code I already sent?

Yes. Open Settings, then Account, and tap Replace invite code. A new code stops the old one, so send the new one instead.

Can I change or remove my note?

Yes, until your partner joins. Tap Change note to edit it or Remove note to take it out. Only your partner reads it, and only after joining.

What if I have no signal?

Sharing needs a connection. Saath says Sharing needs a connection. until you are back online.

What if my partner already has a Saath space of their own?

Joining closes their own space. Nothing they added there alone comes with them, and it is deleted after 30 days. Saath tells them to download a copy first, and joining cannot be undone.

Who can join my space in the Saath couples app?

One person. Each invite works once, so a link that has been used cannot be used again.
