Check that Saath is working with App health
In the Saath couples app, open Settings, then Help, then App health to see one plain line per system: alerts, chat pushes, weekly ideas, plan reminders, your calendar link and the database. It shows times and counts, never messages or places, and only the two of you can see it.
The Saath couples app can tell you in plain words whether its own parts are working, which helps when an alert does not arrive.
Open App health
- Tap the gear icon at the top of Us to open Settings.
- Tap Help.
- Under Advanced, tap App health.
- Read the six lines. A tick means Fine, an exclamation mark means Warning and a cross means Problem.
- Tap Check again to read them fresh. The line under the list says when it was last checked.

Questions about App health
What does each line mean?
Alerts says when the last alert was delivered and how many failed in the last 24 hours. Chat pushes counts the ones waiting and the ones that failed in the last 24 hours. Weekly ideas says when they last ran. Plan reminders says when the next one is due. Calendar link says whether you made one and when it was last fetched. Database names the latest update applied.
What should I do about a Warning or a Problem?
Start with the alerts line. If alerts show failures, follow the guide on alerts: send a test alert, then repair alerts on this phone. If it stays red, tap Help and Report a problem, and say which line it was. See the guide on help and support.
Why does it say a line could not be checked?
Saath could not read that part just now. Tap Check again in a moment.
What if I have no signal?
App health needs a connection. Offline, it says "Offline. App health needs a connection." Come back when you are online.
What if it says App health is being switched on?
Then the check is not ready on your account yet. Check back soon.
Is App health private in the Saath couples app?
Yes. It reads only times and counts, so it never shows what you wrote or where you were.
