Our sill: the small things you earn together

Updated 3 November 2026

In the Saath couples app, Our sill is where Rhea the tortoise keeps one small object for something you did together. Open Us, tap Our sill, and tap any object to see what it came from. Nothing on the sill ever leaves.

Our sill is the quiet keepsake of the Saath couples app: Rhea keeps everything you have made together, one small object at a time.

Open Our sill and an object

  1. Open Us. Make sure Our story is selected.
  2. Tap Our sill. The line under it says Kept by month.
  3. Read the page from the top. Under the heading, Rhea says Rhea keeps everything you've made together. Nothing here ever leaves.
  4. Scroll through the months, newest first. Each row has the object's name, the day it landed, and what earned it, such as for a plan you did together.
  5. Tap a row to open it. The sheet shows the object, its day, and It came from with the moment behind it.
  6. Tap the button at the bottom of the sheet to go to the place it came from, such as Open the plan or Open in Chat. Tap Close when you are done.

What your partner sees

Your partner sees the same sill, with the same objects on the same days. An object never says who earned it. Today also shows the newest objects on a shelf next to Rhea, with Everything on our sill underneath that opens the full list.

Questions about Our sill

What can land on the sill?

Fifteen things, each with its own small object. A few examples: A pressed flower for a deep question you both answered, A paper lantern for a plan you did together, A small framed photo for your first photo in Saath, A ticket stub for a trip you took together, A seashell for your first voice note, A candle for your first seven evenings, and A paper moon for another month in Saath.

Why did nothing land today?

Saath adds at most one object a day. If two things happen on the same day, the other waits for a later day and is not lost. An empty sill says Nothing on your sill yet. Things you do together will land here.

Why does a paper moon or a candle open nothing?

They are not tied to one moment. The sheet says A paper moon lands each month on the day you started Saath together. There's nothing to open. The candle says A candle lands after your first seven evenings in Saath. There's nothing to open.

What is a month keepsake?

A folded card for a month, listed as, for example, October keepsake, on the day it was made. Tap it to open Our October, which holds everything that landed on your sill that month. It stays in Our sill after you close it.

Can I remove an object?

No. Nothing on the sill is taken away. It is a record of things that happened, not something you manage.

What if I have no signal?

The page shows what Saath saved on your phone and marks it Offline. If it cannot load, you see Could not load the sill. with a Try again button.

Is Our sill free in the Saath couples app?

Yes. On Free the page shows your last 30 days, and a line says Earlier days are kept safely. Premium shows everything. Nothing is deleted. See Premium.
